Keep Moving Forward-Consistency Makes Athletes Strong.

June 14th-Sunday: 19.4 miles-(1:19:00) of biking w/Kurt + parents in the AM :)

June 15th-Monday: 7 miles-(55:34 + 6 short, quick pick-ups) in the PM


June 16th-Tuesday: 7 miles-(54:50) in the early PM


June 17th-Wednesday: 7 miles-(52:41)-Trask loop in the AM. I didn't push it too hard on the way up, but I felt really good for most of the run :D 


June 18th-Thursday: 15.6 miles-(57:15) of biking in the early PM


June 19th-Friday: 7 miles-(56:42) in the early PM


June 20th-Saturday: West Windsor trail 5k-6 miles-(1 wu-(8:19) + 4.5 mi. off-course, race-(36:23) + .5 cd-4:26)-total time-(49:08) in the AM. It was pretty frustrating to be directed down the wrong path right after the halfway point. I didn't really realize it was the wrong way for another .75 mi. of running, and just decided to keep going. I ended up merging onto the 10k course towards the end, ran 1.4 mi. extra. It just sucks to think that I could have won by like 10 minutes if I had gone the right way. Ohh well...until the next race where I'll make sure to wreck it! I did get a couple consolation prizes for the misdirection, but it still irritates me! haha


34 miles-(4:28:55) of running + 35 miles-(2:16:15) of biking for the week :)
