October 6th-Monday: Day off :)

October 7th-Tuesday: Day off-got a head cold the night before

October 8th-Wednesday: An easy 8mi.-(61:10) at 5:24pm

October 9th-Thursday: An easy 8mi.-(60:36) at 5:20pm

October 10th-Friday: Threshold workout-(2wu-15:40, 4mi. threshold-25:24, 2cd-16:00)-8mi. total-57:04. Had to take an 8min. bathroom break at 6.8mi.

October 11th-Saturday: An easy 5mi.-(37:55) at 9:54am

October 12th-Sunday: Long run-12mi.-(1:21:58) at 2:26pm with the first 3mi. in 22min. First 7.5mi. with Kurt. Felt really good! No breaks! :)
