Need To Do Better At Sleeping More Every Night

July 24th-Thursday: An easy 4mi.-(32:44) at 6:07am and a 5x1k workout-(1.5wu, switched shoes and did some drills+strides, 5x1k-3:30, 3:28, 3:32, 3:30, and 3:26 with 400 rest, and 2.25cd) at 7:34pm.

July 26th-Saturday: New Durham's Fun Games and Giving 5k Road Race-8am race start-(1.4wu+drills and strides, 5k-18:13-5:40 first mile-2nd place behind Drew Tuttle-(younger brother Dylan behind me and then Seth in 4th place, but he got sick during the last half of the race), and 1.5cd)

July 27th-Sunday: An easy 7mi.-(55:20) at 8:37am. Really tired today.
