March 3rd-Monday: 4mi. easy outside!-(No time-GPS watch died after 9:31)

March 6th-Thursday: Speed workout-(2mi. wu-17:50, 10x400@10-10.2mph with about .3mi. rest in between, and a 1mi. cd) I didn't write down the time for those last 7mi. it was around 52 or 53min.
9mi. total for the day all done @1% incline
March 7th-Friday: Off
March 8th-Saturday: 8mi.-(1.5wu-no time, 3mi. race-18:08, and 3.5cd-no time) I ended up running half a mile right after the race and then the whole course again after the awards. It was so beautiful out! Near 50 degrees and sunny :D
