Getting A Rhythm Going

January 20th-Monday: 0

January 21st-Tuesday: 5mi.-(42:06)@3% incline at 5:25pm along with a few sets of curls and pull ups

January 22nd-Wednesday: 0

January 23rd-Thursday: 0

January 24th-Friday: 5mi.-(42:25)@3% around 9:45pm on the new NordicTrack treadmill! It felt great to run on! Very smooth, quiet, and cushy. I cranked it up to 10mph for 30 seconds or so just to see what it would feel like. It felt fast and a bit dangerous because I'm not used to it.

January 25th-Saturday: 4mi.-(31:28)@-3% decline around 10:20pm. Felt pretty good, never run on a treadmill with a decline. Good workout

January 26th-Sunday: 8mi.-(66:46)@2% at 12:38pm
22mi. for the week
