July 8th (Monday): Out for 5mi.-(38:02) at 11:52am. It was very hot out! I definitely was dehydrated after the first 2-3mi. of the run. I need to run earlier!
July 9th (Tuesday): Day off
July 10th (Wednesday): Got in 10mi.-(79:46) at 3:27pm. No breaks. It started raining just after 4mi. for 10min. or so and then poured for the last 2mi. :)
July 11th (Thursday): Ran 6mi.-(51:06) at 12:18pm. I felt pretty drained.
July 12th (Friday): Out for 3mi.-(25:52) at 10:51am.
July 13th (Saturday): Started the workout at 8:30pm. 6mi. total-(2mi. wu, 3mi. tempo-18:58, and 1mi. cd)---total time-(44:28)
July 14th (Sunday): Got in an easy 3mi.-(NT) at 7:45ish am. Ran in my Skechers...beat up my knees, but I barely had any heel pain.
