People's United Bank Vermont City Marathon!

May 24th-Sunday: Marathon Day! :D 26.2 miles-(3:30:41 official finishing time)-8:02/mile average-427th place overall-3 min & 32 sec PR over last year-29th out of 122 in my age group of males 16-24 years old. I jogged over to the start line before the race started; it was probably around .3 miles-(2:30). I also took around 6 min total in bathroom breaks during the race where I stopped my watch so the total time on my Garmin was right under 3:25 when I finished.

May 10th-Sunday: 8 miles-(63:35) in the AM, muggy and hot out. 15.4 miles-(58 min) of biking w/Seth in the afternoon, 171 loop :)

May 11th-Monday: 18 miles-(2:14:04) in the AM. Felt really good! Finished it up with a sub-7 last mile :) Took a couple breaks-4 min. total for water + the restroom. Consumed a V-Fuel + GU Roctane during as well

April 19th-Sunday: Q1-(steady E run of 120-150 min)-19 miles-(2:25:44) I took a VFuel gel around 8 mi. into it; took a 5-6 min break just after 9 mi. for some Nuun water + a banana + the restroom; took another 5-6 min break just after 14 mi. for some more Nuun water + another banana.
