1st 5k Of The Year! :D

March 29th-Sunday: Q1-(7.5 E + 6 M-(6:44/mile-8.9 mph) + 1 E)-14.5 miles-(1:50:26-7:37/mile-361 ft of elevation gain) on the treadmill in the early PM. I bonked hard at 11.5 mi. into it. I had a VFuel gel around 7 mi. + another around 12 mi. + 20 oz of Nuun water throughout. My heart rate was just too high during the M session-167-177 bpm. It should have been 160-170. I cut the workout short by a couple miles.

March 30th-Monday: 8.5 miles-(65:22) in the AM


March 31st-Tuesday: Off
