New Trainers

September 15th-Monday: Day off :)

September 16th-Tuesday: An easy 6mi.-(48:08) at 5:32pm

September 17th-Wednesday: An easy 8mi.-(64:25) at 6:05pm

September 18th-Thursday: Got some new Brooks Purecadence 3's and broke them in on a tempo workout-11mi.-(2wu, 8mi. tempo-52:15, and 1cd)-total time-(1:17:38-no breaks) at 6:06pm

September 19th-Friday: Day off-sore Achilles tendon

September 20th-Saturday: An easy 1.5mi.-(11:32) at 11:02am with a couple pick ups for an xc race that I wasn't able to jump into, damn coordinator. 3.5mi.-(28:36) at 6:34pm. still sore and tweaked

September 21st-Sunday: Long run-12mi.-(1:26:40-no breaks-3 GU Chomps around 9mi. into it, ate 4 of them before I started) at 12:19pm
