March 22nd-Sunday: Q1-(2 E + 6 M-(6:49/mile-8.8 mph) + 1 E + 4 M + 1 T-(6:27/mile-9.3 mph) + 1 E)-15 miles-(1:47:42-7:11/mile-428 ft of elevation gain) on the treadmill, started in the AM. I had a VFuel gel around 8.5 mi. into it + 20 oz of water with Nuun tablets. I felt pretty good; just a little sore. Foam rolling after + a bit of stretching. HR-(160-170 during M sessions; 175 during the 1 T)
March 23rd-Monday: 5 miles-(41:08-352 ft of elevation gain) on the treadmill in the AM
March 24th-Tuesday: Off-new job-9am-7pm, exhausted after
March 25th-Wednesday: Off-exhausted and sore after work-6am-4:30pm
March 26th-Thursday: Off-very sore and exhausted
March 27th-Friday: Off-still pretty sore and tired, passed out after getting back and taking a shower
March 28th-Saturday: 8 miles-(64:42 + 4 ST-(10-10.6 mph) all at 1% incline) on the treadmill at PF in the early PM
