September 26th-Friday: An easy 4mi.-(32:05) at 12:36pm. Another 4mi.-(31:42) at 6:34pm
September 27th-Saturday: An easy 1.5mi.-(13:12) at 8:26am. 1mi.-(NT) after Seth's 5k downhill race where he got the win! Took some photos while spectating. An attempted track workout-(1.5wu-12:41, a few drills + striders, 1mi.-5:44, .5 rest, 1mi.-5:51, .5 rest, 400-84, 200 rest, 400-80, 200 rest, 1.25cd)-6.5mi. total at 6:03pm

September 28th-Sunday: Long run-12mi.-(1:23:48) at 10:41am with a quick 60-75sec. break after 6mi. to hydrate; not included in final time. Felt really good! Kept relaxed for the majority of the run, was just rolling.
