July 29th-Tuesday: Track workout at 5:16pm with the GSRT-6mi.-(1wu, drills+strides, 200@5k pace, 400@half marathon pace, 800@5k, 1600@hm, 800@5k, 400@hm, and 200@5k all with 100m rest in between, didn't time repeats, more of a tempo run than anything, 1.75cd)
July 30th-Wednesday: 9mi.-(1:10:56) and jogged 90sec. barefoot after at 2:43pm at Mine Falls Park :)
July 31st-Thursday: Day off

August 1st!-Friday: Long run at 12:14pm with Seth and Kurt-10mi.-(1:17:02) and some of it was on gnarly trails
August 2nd-Saturday: An easy 6mi.-(48:14) at 6:06pm
August 3rd-Sunday: 21st Birthday :D Out for an easy 6mi.-(45:56) at 10:42am
