July 10th-Thursday: 8mi.-(56:15-1.5wu, 4x1mi. repeats-5:50-.34 rest, 6:04-.4 rest, 6:10-.45 rest, and 6:08, 1.3cd ) at 7:41pm. Ran down to the XC trails at NHTI to run a few loops and then back for an all-around solid workout.
July 11th-Friday: Day off
July 12th-Saturday: 10mi.-(1:15:05) at 10:33am. Ran the first 6.3mi. with Seth. 35.5mi.-(2:22) bike ride with Mom and Dad-Bear Notch Road loop. It was pretty Awesome! Stopped at 20mi. for a turkey wrap with bacon and sun dried tomato pesto along with a strawberry lemonade.
July 13th-Sunday: 6mi.-(46:23) at 7:25pm
