Steady Going

April 2nd-Wednesday: Strength workout-(1.5wu, 6x1mi.@ with 400 rest, and 1cd)

April 5th-Saturday: 6mi.+ total-(1.5wu, SEA 5k-18:40-6:01 average pace-18th place, 1.5cd)
April 6th-Sunday: Long run-13mi.@7:10/mile-(1:33:05) at 5:30pm, bonked in the last 2mi...not too bad though. Felt pretty good for most of the run, started off with 2 7:11's...kept it rolling for the rest of the run, clicking off the miles :)
